Plan the job around the property
A full cleanout can span living areas, bedrooms, storage, a garage, and approved exterior material. List every area at the start so the estimate and loading plan reflect the real scope.
Covington lies east of Kent in King County. Share gate, driveway, and outbuilding details when the scope extends beyond the main house.
Access details to share
- Parking or loading limits near the property
- Stairs, narrow doors, elevators, gates, or long carries
- Detached areas included in the cleanout
- Items that stay, need another decision, or require special approval
What the service does not decide
The customer must have authority to approve removal. Estate ownership, tenancy, eviction, probate, and disputed-property questions need to be resolved before the crew removes contents.
